Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar was delighted to witness a truly special moment as two members of our alumni community celebrated a milestone in their journey together.
Oo Jia Shyang (Class of 2016, Naquiyuddin House) recently proposed to Leow Jia Chi (Class of 2018, Jawahir House) at KTJ — the very place where they first met as students. In a heartfelt full‑circle moment, Jia Chi said yes, marking the beginning of their next chapter together.
The proposal, set against the familiar surroundings of the KTJ campus, was a touching reminder of the lasting connections and memories formed during school life. It is always a joy to see our alumni return to KTJ, and even more so when the campus continues to play a role in their life stories.
We extend our warmest congratulations to Jia Shyang and Jia Chi and wish them a lifetime filled with love, happiness, and shared adventures.
