House Singing 2026

Alumni Return to Celebrate House Singing Tradition

It was wonderful to welcome a large number of alumni back to school recently, including many of our newest alumni from the Class of 2026, who joined us before beginning the next chapter of their journeys at universities around the world.

For many of these recent graduates, the gathering provided an opportunity to return to campus before setting off on the next stage of their journeys at universities around the world. As they prepared to leave for destinations across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and Asia, it was a chance to reconnect with friends, catch up with staff and reflect on the experiences, friendships and traditions that made their time at KTJ so memorable.

There is always something special about seeing alumni back on campus. No matter how far their studies or careers take them, many speak fondly of the experiences and friendships that shaped their school years. Among the memories most frequently shared is House Singing, a tradition that continues to hold a special place in the hearts of generations of KTJ students.

In alumni interviews and conversations, House Singing is regularly mentioned as one of the most memorable and defining experiences of school life. From weeks of rehearsals and creative preparation to the excitement of performing alongside classmates, the event captures the teamwork, commitment and House pride that are such an important part of the KTJ experience.

That sense of House spirit does not end at graduation. It remains a lasting connection that alumni carry with them long after leaving school, creating bonds that continue to unite former students around the world. Whether recalling a memorable performance, a winning year, or simply the camaraderie built through taking part, House Singing remains a shared experience that continues to bring alumni together.

As our newest alumni prepare to begin university life across the globe, it was a pleasure to welcome them back and celebrate the friendships, traditions and House spirit that remain an enduring part of the KTJ community. We look forward to following their future successes and welcoming them back again in the years to come.
