Inspiring the Future: Alumni and Expert Talks at KTJ Sixth Form

Since the start of the academic year, our Sixth Form students have benefited from a series of engaging and insightful talks focused on career pathways, university options, and the application process.
These sessions are an invaluable part of the KTJ experience — helping students make informed decisions about their futures. Even more meaningful is when these talks are led by our very own alumni, who return to share their journeys and give back to the KTJ community.

We were delighted to welcome back:
🔹 Haron Sulaiman (Class of 2021), currently studying at Imperial College London, who shared his experience in engineering, securing internships, and student life in London.

🔹 Nicholas Soo (Class of 2025), soon to begin his medical studies at Imperial College London, who offered thoughtful and practical advice on applying to medical school, preparing for interviews, and transitioning into university life.

In addition, we hosted four outstanding young Malaysians — recent graduates from Oxbridge and Ivy League universities — who provided insights into their academic journeys and emphasised the importance of supercurricular enrichment. Among them were two of our own alumni:
🔹 Raja Harith – graduate of Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania
🔹 Azri Raziq – graduate of Engineering Science, University of Oxford
Their stories are a powerful reminder of the possibilities that lie ahead for our students — and a testament to the global impact of a KTJ education.
