KTJ Connect: Kuala Lumpur 2026

On a memorable Saturday evening, alumni from across the years gathered at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral for KTJ Connect 2026, celebrating the enduring connections and shared experiences that unite the KTJ community.

The event provided a wonderful opportunity for former students to reconnect with familiar faces, forge new friendships, and strengthen the bonds that continue long after leaving school. With a fantastic turnout, the evening was filled with lively conversations, laughter, and reflections on cherished KTJ memories.

It was also an honour to welcome all three of KTJ's founders, YAM Tunku Naquiyuddin ibni Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar, YAM Tunku Tan Sri Imran ibni Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar, and YAM Tunku Dara Tunku Tan Sri Naquiah bt. Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar, whose presence made the occasion especially meaningful. Their attendance served as a powerful reminder of the vision and values upon which the school was built, and the lasting impact of the KTJ community across generations.

Guests were treated to a series of musical performances by current KTJ students, creating a special connection between past and present members of the school community. In true KTJ spirit, alumni joined together to sing the school song, while enthusiastic House chants echoed around the venue, rekindling fond memories and celebrating the strong sense of belonging that remains at the heart of KTJ.

A highlight of the gathering was an update from Datuk Leong Yeng Kit, President of the KTJ Alumni Society, who shared exciting news about the Society's development. Alumni heard that the Society is now officially registered and has established an Executive Committee that will help guide its future direction and enhance engagement across the growing alumni network.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Datuk Yeng Kit for his unwavering support of KTJ and for the dedication, commitment, and perseverance he has demonstrated in helping establish the Alumni Society on such strong foundations. His leadership has played a pivotal role in creating a platform through which alumni can remain connected and continue to contribute to the wider KTJ community.

As the KTJ alumni network continues to expand both locally and internationally, there has never been a better time to get involved. The KTJ Alumni Society offers an opportunity to reconnect with former classmates, build professional networks, and remain part of the vibrant global KTJ family.

Thank you to everyone who attended KTJ Connect 2026 and helped make the evening such a success. We look forward to welcoming even more alumni to future events.
